Right of Withdrawal
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the law, starting from the day you receive your order.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return unused items for an exchange. You are, of course, welcome to try on the products, but please note that we can only accept returns if the items are unused, unwashed, and complete.
Right to Claim (Warranty & Defects)
Under the Consumer Purchase Act, you have the right to file a claim for a defective product within three years, provided that the defect was present at the time of delivery.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that you must notify us of the defect within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.
For approved claims, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If your claim is approved, you will receive a refund via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Any dispute should be resolved through either the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in Sweden or the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR).

When Will I Receive My Refund?
We process all returns within 24 hours after receiving the item. Depending on the shipping method used, it may take 1-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return.
Please remember to include your name, mobile number, email, and order number so that we can quickly identify and process your return.
For returns sent to our warehouse, refunds will always be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Do You Accept All Returns?
Yes, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and complete, with all tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, the return will be rejected.
You are responsible only for any loss of value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the product’s characteristics and functionality. In other words, you may try on the item just as you would in a physical store.
If the product has been handled beyond what is described above, we will consider it used, meaning that if you withdraw from the purchase, you may receive only a partial refund or no refund at all. The deduction amount will be determined based on the item's remaining resale value.
If the product has special packaging, and it is missing upon return, this may also result in a reduction in refund value.
